Strategical Sourcing Solutions, Inc. has enhanced their Quality Management System through the attainment of ISO 9001/2000 certification. The departure from ISO 9002 and adoption of the new standard has brought along the following benefits:

*Reduced number of standards and required documentation based on eight universal quality management principles as opposed to eighteen.

*Explicit requirements for achieving customer satisfaction and continual improvement.

*Additional focus on the role of top management in meeting customer requirements.

*Compatibility with other management systems such as ISO 14000.

*Recognition that the word “product” applies to the services and processed material required by customers.

ISO 9001/2000 certification focuses on the whole flow of activities (Macro approach) bringing about better interaction between groups and the opportunity for improvement. New techniques such as process mapping are more procedure oriented in the overall performance assessment of the quality management system.

Most of our vendors in China are ISO certified. If this is a customer requirement we will only source from our pool of certified factories. We take quality measures very seriously and there are multiple checkpoints both in China and in the United States.
